先日、テレビで花粉症による鼻炎を防ぐには鼻腔にワセリンを入れると良いと言っていた。これで効くなら安上がり。早速、洗面所の棚から30年前にアメリカで買ってまだ使い切ってないチューブ入りVaselineを引っ張り出して使ってみた。咳には効かないが、鼻にはいい感じ。 (from Instagram)
